Dear Lumpy,

Just a quick note to thank you for all your help, advice and the bike. We had a brilliant time, only a little rain and a few miles of hail! We were glad we had our gear with us as at times it was pretty cold in the mountains. We did around 1650 miles so got to see quite a lot, we stayed in Glenwood Springs, then via Twin Lakes to Gunnison (I loved Independence Pass) onto Montrose and down to Mancos. Then we made a mad run to Monument Valley and back to Farmington. On Wednesday we ended up at Taos going via Cumbres Pass north of Chama. An easy day on Thursday going via the Sand Dunes to Walsenburg, that was so kind of you to look after the room AND the meal. On our arrival we had forgotten quite how much food the Americans gave in portions - I was sure I wouldn't be able to get in my leathers by the end of our trip! Finally we spent the last night up at Cripple Creek which we enjoyed and made $10 in the machines!

All in all we had a great time and I can't wait to get the films processed, make sure you get down to the British Virgin Islands and get in touch when you do. We are the only Yamaha dealers here in Tortola so we are easy to find.

Dear Lumpy:

I wanted to thank you again for your help in making our recent three day ride through Colorado such a memorable event. You were a gentleman to deal with in making the arrangements. You responded quickly to my e-mails with answers to all my questions, and you had no problem in accommodating our need to reduce the number of bikes when one of the guys couldn't make it.

The bikes were clean and ready to go earlier than your promised 9:00 am on Sunday morning, and all bikes were like new. You were very careful to make sure that you explained the necessary information on all bikes, since we rented 5 different models. We rode over 830 miles, and did not have a single mechanical problem with any of the bikes. Finally, when we returned the bikes, there were no extra charges for the minor dings we incurred.

I would be happy to talk to any prospective customer of yours and explain to them how easy you make the rental experience. We look forward to renting from you again next year.

I would like to commend you and your staff for a terrific time and thank you for the attention to detail that you gave us. From the very beginning you were there early and the bikes were ready and clean and gassed. You gave us suggestions and made sure everyone was familiar with their bikes. The bikes were in excellent condition. You don't rent junk! Things couldn't have gone smoother. There were no mechanical problems with any of the motorcycles. In other words, it was a very pleasurable experience and I would, and will, recommend your place to any and all. Thanks for making our trip one to remember. Hope to see you again sometime.

Last summer my wife and I rented a black Gold Wing. Lumpy, you may remember. It was the weekend of the Poker Run with several of the Denver Bronco's (NFL). We wanted to rent it just for 24 hours. No one was going to be back at the shop until 6 that night, so you gave us half a day free. It was the most incredible ride we have ever experienced. Those extra hours allowed us to see parts of Colorado we wouldn't have been able to see. You went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it beyond words. We are planning to return to Denver this summer and the only place I will rent from is L2. Thank you so much.

I'm from Columbus, Ohio. Some coworkers and I flew to Tucson the 1st of May to do a lot of drinking when Jim said let's rent some Harleys. I called all over Tucson, but no one could help (except some xxxxxxx at Harley of Tucson). By a stroke of good luck, I came across Caren's number. I called her, and the next morning there were three brand new scoots in the parking lot. We rode all day and had a blast. I promise you this, next year when we're in Tucson, our first phone call is to Caren.

Once again you've proven to be the man when it comes to cruisin' the Rockies. A couple of weeks ago I flew out to Denver to meet with my business partner for some "strategic planning" and since we had such a great time last summer thanks to the Night Train you suggested, we decided to meet while riding a Harley. This trip I rode a brand new Dyna Wide Glide. It was a perfect way to shake-off the Michigan winter. The weather was perfect and the bike was too. Thanks again and see you this August for the run to Sturgis.

Thank you for the Honda VTX rental at your Denver location. Your showroom and all the bikes on display were spotless. I have rented rides in New England and British Columbia and I think L2 is as good as it gets. The reservation process was quick and easy and the VTX was better than I expected. The pre-ride checkout and instructions were appreciated. Colorado has some of the very best riding roads you can find. I will be back in the summer and pick up a ride for 2 weeks.

Just wanted to say hi and thank you again for salvaging what could of been a pretty dismal vacation. Arizona Harley Davidson never did get my bike fixed in time. Sure glad I spent the extra cash to have the parts sent overnight to them. Enough of the bitchin'. I decided I wanted to live down there so I got on the internet and found myself a job. Looks like I'll be driving for a company that delivers Bourget bikes around the country. Hope to be back down there in 3 weeks. So maybe we can get together sometime and run down to Bisbee or where ever. The least I can do is buy ya' a beer......Later,

Lumpy and the Crew,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the "Fat Boy. " Wow", what a beautiful bike! I was a little nervous at first since it's been almost five years since I last rode and I wasn't sure if I'd fit on the bike. Fortunately you guys made it great. Aurora (my wife) and I ended up putting 500+ miles in two days! What a great time. Kudos to Greg for his recommendation!

The only down side. Aurora didn't have her own bike. She was bumming. It was tough getting her to ride on the back. Believe you-me, next time it'll be two bikes! We'll be back. Pictures will soon follow.

Right from our first telephone conversation I felt confident about doing business with you and your organization.
